My fiancee and I had an amazing purchasing experience here. We came two separate days and both sales people we spoke with were knowledgable, personable, and not pushy! The search for great deals for us and wanted us to get the best deal that would could. Will definitely return here to purchase other furniture pieces in the future.

Today was a busy day for the staff at Ashley in Morrow, but with a little patience we all experienced a curteous staff that each shopper individual attention to meet our needs. Prices were great and I will surely shop there again. Thanks for your personal, professional and sweet guidance while I was shopping Dee. Take care.
My husband and I walked into the Morrow store looking for help with an online purchase that we had made. We had had such a BAD experience with the Ashley Furniture online customer service over our order that we didn't think that we would get any better service at the Morrow Showroom. WE WERE SO WRONG! I believe that it was the Office Manager that helped us and he went above and beyond to make things as right as possible. I can't thank him and his staff enough for being so kind and understanding of our frustration towards our experience with the online customer service center. Even though he couldn't help us return the items, he did help us purchase the correct items that we needed and he gave it to us at a discount. I can't thank him enough. I wish that I could remember his name...
The worst experience ever. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. My furniture arrived damaged and that was 3 weeks ago, I still haven’t received the replacement. Customer service is a joke, if I knew then what I know now, I would have never spent about $12,000 in that store. No discount given for the parts arriving damaged, no nothing! One of the store managers promised me that he would mail the pictures I bought because they would not fit in my car. Do you think that happened? No. They tell you what you want to hear so you can buy it, then it’s up to you to get it to your house. Like I said, a joke!!! Beware!!!
