We purchased a sectional 3 years ago. We have no pets and no kids. Within the last few months one of the sofas began to peel and I was just quoted almost $1000 for it to be repaired. The lack of quality in these products are ridiculous. It’s not the customer service you should worry about it’s spending hard earned money on poor quality furniture that will not last.

I found the perfect bed and mattress set at this store that I was excited about. When I didn't get the delivery call the day before it was supposed to deliver, I grew concerned and called the store to see when I should expect it. Despite the delivery date being clearly labeled on my receipt, the store said they had no record to deliver! The best they could now do is deliver it in 4 more days! In the back story to this, I had been living in a hotel for over a month and getting a bed was somewhat of a highlight for me. The store told me there was some type of system issue but they could do nothing for me but offer a $75 gift card to the store. REALLY? I was losing because of some computer issue and a $75 gift card was the best they could do when I had to stay longer in the hotel or go buy an air mattress because of a store error??? I certainly did not feel like a valued customer. Good customer service and competence keeps customers.

There are many really nice options at reasonable price points. The sales guy who helped us was very attentive. I will probably go back to get the headboard I was eyeing when I picked up the chairs I purchased!

Wes is THE MAN.... He provided great customer service and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. My wife called and asked about a particular piece of furniture and rather than having her wait on hold he promised to call her back, and he did just that. This was the last one in the Atlanta area and he got it for us. We wound up doubling the amount we intended to spend and Wes was there helping us the entire time. Great service.

I purchased a white leather sectional sofa from american signature. The couch was rarely sat on. I have no kids, pets, and rarely used the piece. The entire couch is peeling and cracking and the residue from the bonded leather is falling onto my carpet. It looks horrible. l inquired about the couch at the Morrow, GA location 1 month ago October 2017; I was informed that this couch had a call back. However, American Signature was only compensating those customers who purchased within 5 years. I purchased my couch 9 years ago. My thought is if there is a call back on this couch due to the poor grade/grain of bonded leather , American Signature should honor the return on the couch or credit. I spent $1,000 on the couch additionally I spent money on other pieces. It will not happen again!! Customer Service and the quality of the furniture is not worth 1 star.
