Very misleading and very non customer service reply. There was bo attempt compromise and as a previous guest one would think yes let's make it right.

In the morning of 09/10/2017, at about 9: 30 am some hotel staff came and picked up all dirty towels, promising to bring them back shortly. We were ready to take a bath and up to 1PM, nobody brought back the towels. So I called the front Desk at about 1:05pm and Melonie answered and I told her that we need towels to take a bath, and she said she would send the towels. I asked her do you know who is speaking, and said yes, and quoted my room number. At 1:15pm she sent only one set of towels. So I called back for two more sets we three- myself and my 2 children-but she was argumentative as to why I did not tell about the number of people in the room. However, she did not send the towels until 1:30pm.

But I completed check-in without any upgrade or Elite reward Package. At about 1Am on Saturday night I was awaken by the ringing of the telephone. The phone rang 3 times. Each time I picked up the handle and said hello but no response on the other end except someone breathing into the phone.

The phone rang again at the exact time on Sunday night with the same circumstances. Upon checkout, I called to speak to the General Manager of the Hotel, the individual who checked me out said, speaking, I am Melonie. So I told her the telephone incident. Surprisingly her response to me was: " I am sure that your telephone did not ring. Why do you come back to this hotel if we are not nice to you". I was shocked, by her lack of empathy. Nonetheless, I responded that I have been staying at Best Western hotel for quite awhile. Therefore, I came back because of the Best Western Logo, and to give you another chance. She then hang up the phone on me.

Being treated like this I will shop around the hotels next to you which there are several and hopefully be treated with better customer service.

I Checked into this Hotel with my two children on the weekend of September 9, 2017. One of the Front Desk staff was trying to be helpful regarding my Elite Reward package, when the manager named Melonie, rudely, interrupted and asked her the room number in which I was staying. And in my presence told the Desk clerk that she did not want any complain from any of the rooms. I assumed she was referring to me because I lodged a complain with Best Western Customer Service the last time I stayed there.

Very happy with our stay at the Best Western in Morrow, Atlanta, GA. The staff were exceptional and the room was completely refurbished recently. The breakfast was an added addition with everything was presented very well. The dining area was modern and very comfortable. We had no complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again and would consider Best Western anywhere else.

I stayed here in May and July of 2017. The décor of the rooms were very, very nice and they had comfortable beds. My only gripe was that I couldn't get a room with a single bed on both occasions but the rooms were clean and the whole staff were decent. I would stay here again.

UPDATE: I give fair reviews. My bank contacted me today 12/28/2017 with a fraud ALERT. Their concerns were this hotel held $88.00 and then a day later charged me $188.00 and did not issue a REFUND for the original $88.00 held. This is bad service and now that you are reading this ensure upon check out your credit card is not overcharged for your stay and also any holds which take place are either refunded and/or added to your balance instead of simply charging your card and not releasing or refunding what they held upon your arrival.

I have stayed here several times and gave the hotel 5 stars. Customer service is essential to your continued success. However this hotel failed miserably in customer service.

If you're ordering through a travel agent, please follow up with the hotel to see how much of a fee that you're going to be paying for incidentals up front. There's a $10 a day fee for pets. All together, my stay was nice, the air conditioning could use a little reworking but the rooms are spacious, and very clean. Continental breakfast from 6 am -10 am is very nice and I was surprised at the variety of choices.

When a customer is told his or her rate will be $ 71 99 INCLUDING Tax but you charge an additional $18.00 per night is unethical. Its unethical and wrong because I was told the rate of $7199 would my rate including TAXES.
