Efficient check-in system, short wait until my number was called. The service rep I met with was courteous and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 50 minutes. TIP: If you can, get there at 8:30 and get in line at the door. When I was there, they opened the doors at 8:45 so that people could start checking in, and they started calling numbers at 9:00.
Way too long! over two hours, its a chaos no consecutive numbers, they jump up und down bringing everyone crazy. no solution to get an SSN for my son, Nobody knows nothing, we talk to three employees and everyone says something different. third time, I give up here!
I went in for a award letter,and stayed 10 minutes, very fast for social security. When I went in I saw all those people and I was thinking I will be here for a couple hours,even my daughter was with me but when she saw they called my number no more then 10 minutes she was surprised .I thanked the lady for calling my name so quickly.

Unbelievable.... all I needed was a blank State Tax form. I was advised I had to get a ticket and wait to speak to a rep. Mind you not, I did not need anything filled out. Just needed a blank form. Why in the low income neighborhood they make it hard for the community
