I bought a ring online and brought it in the store to return it and pick out a different one. I found a wedding band for $149 that I liked. They didn't have my size so the store manager said they would order it. He then proceeded to tell me my ring size 9 would cost $199 since it was being ordered. I asked him to match the store price. He said the best he could do was $20 off. I have always bought from Kays, but since this was a replacement ring I didn't want to spend as much. I have always received great deals and service from Kays. Won't be stepping foot in another zales store.
