Good products, good prices, but staff needs improvement. Asked an employee about two different tv's. One of them he said was not in stock, I rechecked online it was in the back. The other I asked him about was actually not in stock which he told me a hour later when I decided on that model. The store was well staffed just not with quality.
WOW! not in a good way. We tried to purchase a $500 microwave. The salesman didn't know the product, or warranty information. At the point of sale, screwed up the computer so it didn't print a receipt, after our card was charged. The salesman wanted to run the card again. The manager wouldn't even talk to us. Horrible experience. never going back. TOO MANY OTHER OPTIONS!
Found a 10.1 tablet with case for amazing price. I also purchased the one year warranty and the best thing about the warranty the sales associate told me the truth about how many times the warranty would service the laptop if damage. I was going to buy two year but he considered me instead of trying to make an unnecessary sale. I will drive a mile for excellent customer service! I will also go back and get the same tablet for my other son.
I would never go back to this location. I watched one employee constantly pass me, never once ask did I need help, even walked by me and helped another customer. I finally found help and he never came back with my product. I wish I could give zero stars.
