The experience was good the products were not in stock so I bought a cheaper one I would have spent more money but you didn't have it in stock now I have to wait for the because that wasn't in stock one that I ended up purchasing
Southlake Mall jewelry department is the worst. THE ONLY REASON THEY RECEIVED THE ONE STAR IS BECAUSE YOU ARE FORCED TO CLICK A STAR BEFORE YOU CAN BEGIN. I have been calling to see if my item was back from warranty repair. No one ever answers the phone, and the 2 times they did (over 14 calls in a 3 day period) you get put on hold. If your hold time get close to 4 minutes 50 seconds the phone hangs you up. Asked for a store manager ( ask for apparel women this time) said I would be transferred. I can here the person pushing 4 buttons and then hang up the phone. Call back 3 times same department again no answer. Shop anywhere else but SOUTHLAKE MALL MORROW!!!!
Tyrone in the automotive department was exceptional when I went in recently for a battery. He was professional and expeditious. It is seldom that anyone in retail values your time. But I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He even diagnosed my vehicle to make certain that it was in fact the battery, and not the alternator. He explained in detail the issues with my failed battery, as well as the warranty for the new battery. I was very pleased with the service. I will use them again.
I purchased a Groupon coupon that after a lengthy time on the phone with Groupon they did not pay for my alignment. The Manager of automotive really stepped in to help me out with Groupon he worked it out to where I left their happy, not with Groupon but with Sears.
