I have a 9 am pick-up for an SUV today 6/24/17. I arrived to the Morrow, GA location at 9:14 am only to be told that there were no SUV's. I was also told that the vehicles should be here within 30 minutes. The sad part is I am still here at the location with no damn vehicles and I have things to do. I would like to rate them no stars but I can not do that. I will be contacting the regional manager to this location once I get the vehicle.
Amazing! Three rentals at this location and three amazing experiences. Jason is awesome. Amazingly professional service! He was knowledgeable and efficient. This is my first written review for this location. I normally rent from the Atlanta airport location because it is closer. However, I do not mind the additional drive time for this type of service!
I absolutely loved the experience i had with the Southlake morrow location. Im sorry i don't remember his name but he was very nice and made me feel at home

As a former E*********** customer I became dismayed at all of the new and frustrating add ons you must do to get a rental. My first experience with Avis was in Virginia from Georgia. The ease and convenience of securing, picking up and dropping off the rental was amazing. Thanks Avis you have a new customer for life.!!!!!!!
