I had a great experience before purchasing the vehicle and during the purchasing process, when completed my paperwork and departed the facility, the vehicle was making a noise and I called the representive who assisted me and he was extremely nonchalant, the level of concern should continue even after the sell, nice guy, just didn't seem to give a damn about the vehicle having problems.
Enterprise Morrow GA: 4 Stars. Enterprise Forrest Park GA: 1 Star. Reserved vehicle with Forrest Park branch. Upon arrival, vehicle was not available. Was sent to Morrow branch because they had similar vehicles available according Forrest Park agent. Upon arrival Morrow, i was told they didn't have any similar vehicle available. Morrow branch manager made efforts to accommodate and found a similar vehicle with Alamo in the area. Neither of the 2 branches offered any compensation.
I have rented many cars from Enterprise and the employees have always been helpful and courteous except for the ones at the Enterprise on Jonesboro Road, Marrow, GA. They were not friendly or helpful and made customers wait unnecessarily. For the quality of vehicles that you get from Enterprise, and the services they offer I give them 5 stars. For that office I give one.
