Completely unhelpful and when I went to speak with the bank manager..... guess what, totally dazed and confused ended up concluding my business because of this bank center and the complete failure of their inept fraud department.
The worst customer service ever. It remind me why I stopped banking with them years ago.
They get 1 star because I can't give them a zero. Wouldn't cash a payroll check when my co worker was right in front of me, cashed his check. Rude, not helpful, long lines, they can kiss my ass
I was amazed with how friendly and quiet the atmosphere. I literally haven’t had a bank account in 7 years!!! I should be ashamed but I didn’t have ppl looking down on me for that here and no I’m not a criminal or running! I just got trust issues lol but happy to be apart of Bank of America.
